Requirements

At least 3-5 years of experience in product management.
Demonstrated experience driving growth for consumer-facing digital products.
Experience designing and running experiments to test growth hypotheses.
Proficiency with analytics tools to measure product impact.
Deep understanding of mobile and web platform dynamics.
Experience working on marketplace or e-commerce products.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience managing through ambiguity by shaping insights into actionable projects.
Technical aptitude to evaluate product tradeoffs with engineering managers.
Full product development lifecycle experience, from validation to iterative release.

Responsibilities

Drive growth initiatives across the backer journey, optimizing discovery conversion rates and user engagement across web and mobile platforms.
Partner with marketing, insights, and engineering teams to develop and test growth hypotheses using A/B testing and experimental frameworks.
Own significant business objectives (OKRs) driving backer acquisition, engagement, and retention through a 6-month strategic roadmap.
Communicate user problems, business opportunities, roadmaps, and project results clearly to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Manage cross-functional roll-outs, coordinating QA, technical releases, and collaboration with Legal, Trust and Safety, and Community Support teams.
