Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience building 0-to-1, including launching new categories or market entry.
- Background combining two or more of: consulting, structured problem-solving, BD/sales execution, or early-stage startup operating experience.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior external stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate large partner organizations independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from initial outreach to agreement and onboarding.
- Lead insurance carrier and partner negotiations to qualify fit, define value propositions, and close agreements.
- Design creative deal structures to unlock partnerships that do not fit standard pathways.
- Manage partner success post-close to ensure long-term engagement and ramp.
- Contribute to vertical strategy by providing feedback on partner requirements and market potential.
