Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience building 0-to-1: launching a new category or BD function.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior external stakeholders independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations.
- Combination of two: consulting/problem-solving, BD/sales execution, or early-stage startup experience.
- Ability to flex between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from initial outreach to agreement and onboarding.
- Lead independent partner conversations, qualifying fit and structuring value propositions.
- Design creative deal structures for non-standard partners.
- Own post-close partner success to ensure long-term engagement.
- Contribute to vertical strategy based on partner feedback and market analysis.
