Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience building 0-to-1 (e.g., launching new categories or entering new markets).
- Strong background in consulting or structured problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior external stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate large partner organizations independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex deal structures simply and credibly to executives.
- Analytical mindset with strong judgment and persistence.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from outreach through agreement and onboarding.
- Lead insurance carrier and partner conversations to qualify fit and structure value propositions.
- Design creative deal structures for non-standard partnership opportunities.
- Own partner success post-close to ensure long-term engagement and ramp.
- Contribute to vertical strategy by providing ground-level insights into partner needs and market acceptance.
