Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience building 0-to-1 (launching new partnership categories or market entry).
- Background combining consulting, structured problem-solving, BD/sales execution, or early-stage startup operating.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior external stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate large partner organizations independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from outreach through agreement and onboarding.
- Lead independent partner conversations to qualify fit and structure value propositions.
- Design creative deal structures for non-standard partnerships.
- Own post-close partner success to ensure ramp, engagement, and long-term value.
- Contribute to vertical strategy based on ground-level feedback from partners.
