Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Chemistry.
- MBA degree highly preferred (equivalent experience may be substituted).
- 10-15 years of experience in the chemical or related industry.
- Expertise in Excel for quantitative and analytical tasks.
- Ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful business insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse business units and stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to navigate between high-level strategy and operational details.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new business opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Conduct market intelligence research regarding technology and regulatory trends affecting the Water Solutions sector.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders and corporate development to identify M&A and organic growth paths.
- Create comprehensive business cases including ROI, P&L projections, and annual budgets.
- Manage the stage-gate process for new products and opportunities.
- Evaluate potential market entries and analyze competitor activities using SWOT analysis.
- Support the product development pipeline and oversee product launches.
