Requirements

- Deep industry experience in experiential, marketing, events, or communications sectors.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, high-value RFP processes from strategy to execution.
- Proven ability to independently direct cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Proven track record of contributing to successful new business growth.
- Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and potentially extended hours or weekends.
- Experience translating brand strategy into compelling experiential programs.
Responsibilities
- Strategically direct the development of complex new business opportunities from evaluation through pitch delivery.
- Shape proposal strategy, positioning, and narrative to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, design, and production.
- Evaluate inbound opportunities and determine pursuit strategy, including resourcing and competitive positioning.
- Oversee pitch preparation, rehearsal strategy, and live client presentations.
- Provide strategic oversight of RFP development processes and optimize workflows to support agency growth.
- Drive alignment and influence senior stakeholders through clear communication and decision-making.
