Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of overall lead-level experience in DevOps and infrastructure engineering.
- 6+ years of experience with Kanban and agile tools (Jira, Git, Confluence).
- Strong Windows Server (2019/2022) administration including IIS and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS (Fargate/EC2), Lambda, and API Gateway.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines for .NET and Node.js applications.
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience with Apache NiFi for data flow pipelines.
- Strong PowerShell and Bash scripting skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of at least 2 direct reports.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance.
- Must reside in the United States and have lived there for 3 of the last 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Work Jira/Kanban board tickets; maintain at least 75% hands-on technical contribution.
- Manage team availability and performance through regular check-ins and performance management.
- Support production and high-severity issues as required, including weekends or off-hours.
- Uphold Customer SLAs and manage program stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor engineering staff, establish technical standards, and conduct code reviews.
- Contribute to the Cloud Practice by reporting performance issues and sharing wins.
- Ensure all work is well-documented with Jira tickets and associated PRs/commits.
