Job Details

3–5+ years as a high-performing individual contributor in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management (TAM), Technical Onboarding, or Developer Advocacy within a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, and workflow automation.
Ability to troubleshoot complex integrations and understand backend system communication.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to command an audience of 50+ engineers and ops leaders.
Deep empathy for builders and developers with a 'solve it once, document it for everyone' mindset.
Experience breaking down complex technical concepts into digestible pieces.
Technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Machine Learning, etc.) preferred.
Hands-on experience with n8n preferred.

Lead weekly office hours and monthly deep-dive webinars on patterns like error handling, AI agents, self-hosting, and security.
Act as the technical expert in enterprise Slack channels, triaging issues and turning recurring questions into reusable content.
Jump into activation calls as a technical assistant to unblock customers.
Build a library of reusable technical assets, including workflow templates, video tutorials, and integration guides.
Develop internal n8n automations for the Customer Success team, such as health-score triggers and lifecycle alerts.
Identify accounts with fragile technical setups and intervene to drive technical health and retention.
Synthesize user feedback from live sessions to advocate for improvements to the core n8n product.
