- Experience with a focus on GTM, Sales, Business Development, or other client-facing roles.
- Track record of building strong partnerships with hiring managers and leaders.
- Ability to source and engage talent proactively.
- Experience ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Curious, organized, and data-driven approach.
- Ability to work regularly scheduled business hours (min 35 hours a week).
Responsibilities
- Oversee full life cycle recruiting process for our Strategic Partnerships team, from outreach to offer.
- Get creative with sourcing, finding and engaging people who connect with our mission.
- Collaborate with hiring teams, understanding their goals, challenges, and the kind of talent that helps their teams thrive.
- Build a deep understanding of how our Partnerships team operates.
- Leverage hiring data and feedback to spot trends, remove friction, and refine how we attract and engage top talent.
