Requirements
- 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- At least one year of hands-on technical recruiting exposure.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM/ATS tools.
- Ability to build talent pipelines beyond active applicants.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple searches.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to drive search strategy, candidate engagement, and offer execution.
- Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
- Develop talent market intelligence to shape search strategy and inform hiring decisions.
- Maintain data accuracy and process discipline within recruiting systems.
