Experience in recruiting, partnerships, or community building preferred for pipeline development.
Experience with executive search preferred for senior headhunting roles.
People management experience preferred for recruiting management roles.
In-depth experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred for recruiting operations.
Alignment with mission and passion for learning about diverse cause areas.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to find and engage strong candidates.
Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners and internal referral networks.
Manage end-to-end hiring projects, including determining evaluation steps and planning timelines.
Review applications, conduct interviews, and develop work tests.
Advise hiring managers on key decisions and maintain legal compliance.
Maintain and improve recruiting systems, tracking candidate data and performance metrics.
Represent the organization at conferences and events.
Define and refine employer branding efforts.
