Requirements
- Proven experience launching and organically growing Instagram and TikTok accounts from an early or zero-follower stage.
- Strong portfolio of high-performing, viral, or culturally relevant social content supported by measurable growth results.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, audience behavior, retention, discoverability, engagement, and organic growth mechanics.
- Strong creative strategy and social-first storytelling skills, with the ability to turn a personality into compelling content.
- Hands-on experience managing social media end-to-end, including strategy, content development, production, analytics, and community management.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills to work closely with the founder and creative partners.
- Must be able to work PST hours.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch Instagram and TikTok profiles from zero, establishing positioning, tone of voice, and content strategy.
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies focusing on reach, engagement, and audience development.
- Create viral campaign concepts and repeatable content formats to establish a recognizable online personality.
- Manage the full content lifecycle from ideation and scripting to production coordination and publishing.
- Analyze platform metrics including watch time and retention to guide creative decisions and performance optimization.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement and collaborate closely with the founder and creative partners.
