Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a CSM, Solutions Consultant, Legal Engineer, or similar role.
- 5+ years of experience working with law firms as a customer.
- Proven experience working in a startup environment.
- JD degree preferred.
- Strong product thinking and ability to bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering solutions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure in a high-growth, evolving environment.
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-powered solutions to solve legal challenges in partnership with engineering.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows through automation and process optimization.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable solutions, optimized prompts, and practical use cases.
- Own the customer relationship from onboarding through long-term adoption and growth.
- Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and pilot programs to demonstrate platform value.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within Newcode to influence product strategy and development.
- Document best practices and create reusable playbooks for customer implementations.
