Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience within a marketing/advertising agency, services firm, or remote-first tech company.
- Demonstrated success hiring senior individual contributors and first-time managers.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Strong perspective on candidate quality and selection criteria.
- Proven experience in mentoring or coaching team members.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage 4–6 concurrent open roles, including 2+ senior or strategic positions.
- Recruit for Project Management, Creative, Influencer Marketing, and UGC departments.
- Lead offer negotiations for senior IC and team lead levels.
- Mentor 1–2 junior recruiters.
- Collaborate with the Head of Talent on candidate leveling decisions.
- Contribute to the development of the company's recruiting playbook.
