Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience.
- At least 25 years of related industry experience in a senior level/management position.
- Prior experience as a customer of consulting services having hired and managed organizations for significant projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to develop and track project budgets.
- Excellent consulting, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work hands-on with the product.
- Preferred: PMP or AGILE certifications.
- Preferred: Professional services, sales, Oracle, or Salesforce experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the project start process and own the transition from sales to delivery.
- Drive executive check-ins and communicate risks and mitigation plans.
- Ensure team alignment to delivery standards and conduct QA on final deliverables and change orders.
- Foster positive relationships with customers as the primary point of contact.
- Analyze financial data and project budgets to develop accurate proposals and SOWs.
- Lead project teams, address customer issues, and conduct meetings to strengthen partnerships.
- Manage and close change orders and additional opportunities within client accounts.
- Mentor and coach delivery team members and provide feedback on performance.
