Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, revenue analytics, or customer analytics, ideally within a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
- Proven experience building customer health models, churn frameworks, retention analytics, or post-sale analytics programs.
- Demonstrated success improving operational metrics such as retention, forecasting accuracy, customer value, or customer experience outcomes.
- Experience using AI tools and automation solutions within an analytics or business context.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and business intelligence tools including Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar platforms.
- Ability to transform complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior executives.
- Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Experience managing, mentoring, or developing team members.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve customer health scorecards by defining leading indicators across onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and support activities.
- Develop analytics frameworks that enable customer-facing teams to make faster, data-informed decisions.
- Build churn prediction models and identify customer risk signals before renewal periods.
- Translate customer feedback and Voice of Customer insights into actionable recommendations for product and customer experience teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI tools, automation, machine learning, and advanced analytics workflows.
- Manage and mentor an analytics team member, supporting growth, performance, and analytical skill development.
