Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with experience influencing decisions at the leadership level.
- Ability to think from first principles and break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- Experience with Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub preferred.
- Must be a direct communicator who can manage skeptical stakeholders.
- Ownership mindset with accountability for end-to-end execution.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a core business area (Growth, Product, AI/Automation, or Strategic Partnerships) to own its analytical function end-to-end.
- Define business problems and hypotheses before performing analyses.
- Define metrics, build reports, run experiments, and surface insights to improve key business metrics.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts.
- Drive outcomes by influencing stakeholders and seeing projects through to implementation.
