Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to influence decisions at the leadership level.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Ability to work effectively in a direct-communication, non-hierarchical environment.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a core business area like growth, product, AI/automation, or partnerships to own the analytical function end-to-end.
- Define business problems and required metrics before initiating analysis to ensure impactful decision-making.
- Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface data-driven insights.
- Drive outcomes by presenting clear, persuasive recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams.
- Act as an owner for critical initiatives, driving execution alongside analytical strategy.
