Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence decision-making at the leadership level.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Jupyter Hub and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and understand the questions driving analytical work.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses to uncover insights.
- Design and execute experiments to improve key performance indicators.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of data-backed strategic recommendations.
