  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale prescreen direct mail programs (3M+ mail pieces per month).
  • Experience in consumer lending, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to independently interrogate complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL to analyze campaign performance and segments.
  • Proven experience partnering with Data Science, Analytics, and AI teams to develop targeting and experimentation strategies.
  • Demonstrated track record of defining and leading end-to-end testing roadmaps.
  • Experience managing external vendors such as print, data, and agency partners.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a high bar for accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the direct-to-consumer direct mail (DM) prescreen program.
  • Conduct deep, hands-on analysis of campaign performance to measure ROI and optimize KPIs like CAC and conversion rates.
  • Partner with the Data Science team to refine prescreen criteria, audience scoring models, and response predictions.
  • Manage relationships with print, data, and agency vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
  • Design and execute controlled experiments regarding creative, targeting, and offer construction.
  • Author creative briefs and lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and test new direct mail creative.
  • Oversee complex, multi-workstream campaign operations and budget allocation.
