- 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, or analytics-focused marketing.
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale prescreen direct mail programs (3M+ mail pieces per month).
- Experience in consumer lending, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
- Deep analytical skills with the ability to independently interrogate complex datasets.
- Proficiency in writing SQL to analyze campaign performance and segments.
- Proven experience partnering with Data Science, Analytics, and AI teams to develop targeting and experimentation strategies.
- Demonstrated track record of defining and leading end-to-end testing roadmaps.
- Experience managing external vendors such as print, data, and agency partners.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a high bar for accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the direct-to-consumer direct mail (DM) prescreen program.
- Conduct deep, hands-on analysis of campaign performance to measure ROI and optimize KPIs like CAC and conversion rates.
- Partner with the Data Science team to refine prescreen criteria, audience scoring models, and response predictions.
- Manage relationships with print, data, and agency vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Design and execute controlled experiments regarding creative, targeting, and offer construction.
- Author creative briefs and lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and test new direct mail creative.
- Oversee complex, multi-workstream campaign operations and budget allocation.
