Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of achieving revenue growth targets.
Experience developing and executing strategic account plans using a consultative or solution-selling approach.
Previous experience managing distributor or partner sales channels.
Post-secondary education required; a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
Technical sales experience and mechanical aptitude are considered strong assets.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to engage effectively with customers at various levels, from operational teams to senior leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, as well as SAP, is preferred.
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory (approximately 50%).

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate qualified opportunities and achieve growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, solution development, presentations, negotiations, and closing activities.
Create and maintain account plans focused on customer needs and long-term partnership development.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to introduce new business initiatives and deliver customer solutions.
Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information within CRM systems.
Apply account-based sales practices to strengthen engagement with priority customers.
