Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority strategic initiatives across business functions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and successful execution.
- Partner with leadership teams to analyze business challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
- Manage cross-functional projects from initial planning and research through implementation and impact measurement.
- Build and improve operational processes, frameworks, and capabilities to support organizational growth.
- Research new markets, products, customer opportunities, and business models to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance productivity and scalability.
- Support the creation of new teams, workflows, and organizational capabilities as business needs evolve.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, driving decisions, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
- Act as a strategic problem solver across areas including product, engineering, operations, hiring, and business development.
