Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- 7-10 years of category management experience.
- Experience with 84.51.
- Significant experience with scanning data sources such as Circana or NIQ.
- Mastery of panel data sources such as Numerator, Circana, and retailer-specific sources.
- Experience with JDA or other space planning software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in natural and functional beverage trends and strategy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and influence through collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development of channel and retailer-specific selling materials.
- Coach and develop a team of direct reports, prioritizing workload to maximize business impact.
- Synthesize multiple data sources into compelling and concise fact-based stories.
- Partner with the Sales team to identify opportunities and enhance business management.
- Analyze shelving, pricing, assortment, and merchandising variables to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure progress against channel objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with external Insights partners and retailers.
