Responsibilities
- Implement and iterate on the creative vision for The Science of Scaling format.
- Appear as on-camera talent and develop new opportunities for the channel.
- Set high standards for production quality, allocate resources, and oversee episode editorial.
- Test, learn, and iterate on winning content strategies, including new series segments and distribution approaches.
- Collaborate with Audience Development and Monetization teams to convert viewers into customers.
- Work closely with the Supervising Producer to drive show growth and optimize content performance.
