Responsibilities
- Define and execute the creative vision for a business-focused YouTube format, developing engaging concepts, storylines, and editorial direction.
- Serve as an on-camera host and presenter, building a strong connection with viewers while representing the content strategy effectively.
- Manage production workflows, including editorial planning, resource allocation, timelines, and quality standards.
- Guide script development, editing processes, and production teams to create compelling episodes.
- Develop and test new content formats, series concepts, distribution strategies, and guest opportunities to increase audience reach.
- Partner with audience development and monetization teams to optimize content performance and convert viewers into engaged customers.
- Monitor audience metrics and performance insights to refine creative decisions and improve growth outcomes.
