Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management, operations, or fleet management experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Excellent professional communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage fleet operations for a portfolio of Via services.
- Proactively manage day-to-day fleet operations to key performance indicators.
- Coordinate shuttling and maintenance work with vendors, partners, and local fleet leads.
- Communicate real-time status updates internally and externally.
- Maintain 100% compliance on preventative maintenance.
- Track fleet maintenance activity and costs using provided tools.
- Generate reports and provide insights on fleet performance.
- Prioritize and solve operational issues as the real-time point of contact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable processes.
