Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing or supporting high-volume transaction software.
- Deep knowledge of Healthcare EDI (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270/271) and HIPAA transaction code sets.
- Proficiency in reading EDI files and identifying breakage points.
- Foundational experience in Project Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred).
- Proficiency in supporting Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation.
- Experience in healthcare environments such as Ambulatory, Post-Acute, or Acute settings.
- Knowledge of Patient Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, or scheduling software.
- Understanding of healthcare data security regulations.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables for complex enterprise implementation projects.
- Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding experience from intake call through to go-live.
- Configure applications based on customer business processes and provide expert recommendations.
- Document project activities, procedures, and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage escalations to internal teams.
- Explain product offerings and systems as a subject matter expert.
- Plan and schedule project expectations to align with customer and organizational needs.
