Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience building employee, customer, product, learning, enablement, leadership, or organizational development programs.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs from conception to adoption.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technology trends, including artificial intelligence and automation.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes across all levels of a complex organization.
  • Demonstrated experience working in environments with limited resources or lean teams.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent consulting, facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, learning platforms, and business technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences in a related field or comparable professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an immersive learning and capability-building strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design employee experiences using customer-centric and product-development principles, including rapid experimentation and continuous iteration.
  • Drive adoption and engagement with learning and growth initiatives.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, AI-enabled solutions, workforce data, and learning analytics to assess program effectiveness.
  • Lead the development of programs around AI literacy and future-skills strategy.
  • Own the design and continuous improvement of performance management, career growth frameworks, and onboarding strategies.
  • Architect the organization’s employee listening strategy and partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Manage junior team members, project budgets, and external vendor relationships.
