Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Expertise in project management and deploying multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to lead client meetings and discuss complex subjects with confidence.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
- Experience documenting and developing best practices for customer onboarding.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) space is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives.
- Drive operational metrics such as process throughput and defect rates.
- Manage 12+ accounts representing $1M+ in annual recurring revenue.
- Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Billing, and Launcher teams.
- Identify and resolve escalations while proactively improving operational workflows.
