Requirements
- Experience shipping RCM, claims, or insurance billing products, preferably on the provider side.
- Proven track record building products with a significant operations layer (e.g., marketplaces, managed services).
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM or AI agent workflows into production environments.
- Capability to manage P&L, model gross margins, and calculate CAC payback independently.
- Experience working directly with operators/billers as product partners.
- Strong understanding of the SMB and self-serve customer experience.
- Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, early-stage development environments.
Responsibilities
- Launch the initial human-powered billing service and instrument the system to generate agent training data.
- Develop AI agents to automate billing workflows, transitioning from supervised to autonomous operation.
- Design the orchestration layer for human billers to supervise and correct AI agent outputs.
- Define pricing, service packaging, and customer service commitments.
- Execute public launch and scale operations, including hiring and capacity planning.
- Manage the line of business P&L and serve as the company's internal expert on insurance billing.
