Requirements
- US Defense or Intelligence Community expert with deep operational knowledge.
- Senior level experience in guiding technical projects and translating mission needs into production software.
- Aptitude for collaborating with stakeholders across a wide range of technical comfort levels.
- Proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success decomposing a problem into addressable component parts.
- Experience writing technical proposals and leading winning proposal efforts.
- Active security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- 3+ years experience in product management or product ownership for operational production software (preferred).
- Master's degree in a technical field or MBA (preferred).
- Prior military experience with emphasis on planning and executing complex missions (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with executive leaders and end users to apply new technology to real customer problems.
- Develop and clearly communicate a unifying product vision and strategy.
- Understand stakeholder constraints and create solutions that work within business requirements.
- Foster team collaboration across software functionality, user experience, and enabling technology.
- Improve product discovery processes to establish value and identify key risks.
- Deliver viable solutions through high-integrity commitments.
- Build and mentor product managers across programs while improving tooling and processes.
