Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of product management, product leadership, or related strategic experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise software, industrial technology, or regulated industry products.
- Experience developing and launching AI-enabled solutions such as predictive maintenance or digital twins.
- Strong understanding of aviation maintenance, industrial operations, or asset management.
- Experience defining AI governance, validation approaches, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong experience with market analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and coach product teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior leadership.
- MBA experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term product strategy for AI solutions in maintenance environments.
- Identify market opportunities through competitive research and customer insights.
- Engage with airlines, OEMs, and defense operators to validate product concepts.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, safety practices, and responsible AI guidelines.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to define AI-native capabilities.
- Develop investment cases, financial models, and portfolio strategies.
- Create go-to-market strategies, pricing approaches, and sales enablement plans.
- Present product roadmaps and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
- Mentor and influence cross-functional product teams.
