Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology with exposure to provider operations.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing delivery role such as implementation, technical project management, or solutions consulting.
- Strong ability to map complex clinical/administrative workflows and translate them into structured requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and a strong curiosity about AI and automation.
- Willingness to travel up to 25–35% to client sites for discovery, UAT, and executive meetings.
- Experience with agentic workflows preferred.
- Experience at an EHR software vendor preferred.
- Familiarity with CCaaS, IVR, or conversational AI technologies preferred.
- Understanding of HL7 FHIR, APIs, and healthcare interoperability standards preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of health system clients.
- Lead structured discovery engagements, including interviews, workflow mapping, and shadowing, to identify automation opportunities.
- Translate clinical and administrative workflows into structured product and configuration requirements.
- Own end-to-end 0-1 deployments, including timelines, stakeholder communication, and change management.
- Drive customer UAT to completion and monitor AI performance post-launch using observability tools.
- Surface field deployment patterns and gaps to influence the core product roadmap.
