Requirements
- Deep experience of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices covering the product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
- Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and running experiments.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching software products.
- Demonstrated experience in driving product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience in SaaS industry preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth product development and launch.
- Define and track product performance metrics to measure success and identify improvements.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a collaborative culture.
- Write user stories and provide strategic context for the engineering team.
