Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years in payments, fintech, or crypto.
- Deep understanding of payments infrastructure including card networks, stablecoins, and fiat rails.
- Hands-on experience navigating financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to lead and grow a product team in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong track record of working with merchants or payment partners in an external-facing capacity.
- Experience operating in a decentralized, global, async-first environment.
- Web3-native mindset with understanding of crypto UX and wallet infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap across stablecoin payments, fiat on/off ramp, merchant payment gateway, card-issuing partnership and cross-border payments.
- Navigate and translate global regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product decisions.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to anticipate regulatory shifts.
- Work directly with merchants and payment partners to understand integration needs.
- Drive alignment across engineering, operations, and business development on roadmap priorities.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of payment products from discovery to scaling.
- Create and operate structured governance models with merchant partners.
