Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 12+ years of progressive working experience in a clinical environment (FQHC, RHC, academic medical center, integrated health system, or community health practice preferred).
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading and implementing healthcare equity-focused clinical quality program and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in creating data-informed, evidence-backed transformative interventions.
- Experience in stakeholder management with ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Facility leveraging quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making and resource prioritization.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that result in measurable improvements.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Formal training as a clinician, allied health professional, or in public health, epidemiology, research, quality improvement, data analytics, or informatics is highly desired.
- Lean Six Sigma or Program/Project Management certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership and oversight of healthcare equity strategy and operational effectiveness.
- Improve clinical quality by leveraging analytics to design and test interventions that address root causes of disparities.
- Lead clinical innovation by creating, implementing, and scaling new models of care delivery and technology solutions.
- Develop evidence-based equitable care programs and clinical decision support playbooks.
- Execute company-wide and market-level healthcare equity quality improvement initiatives.
- Partner with product, technology, and analytics teams to track performance metrics and outcomes.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate equity performance to internal and external stakeholders.
