- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, and sales.
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence abilities.
- Experience in fintech, AI-powered platforms, or data-intensive SaaS preferred.
- Experience scaling product organizations in high-growth environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for core platform experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–6 product managers.
- Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to drive roadmap execution and product quality.
- Establish product management frameworks, processes, and documentation standards.
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Represent product strategy in executive and commercial discussions.
- Create clear success metrics and hold teams accountable for measurable outcomes.
- Evaluate product-market fit and proactively communicate strategic recommendations.
