Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects within brand marketing, public relations, and communications.
  • Strong understanding of PR activities, analyst relations, awards programs, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience managing agencies, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and complex workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating and editing marketing content.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with media, analysts, internal teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and consulting environments is an asset.
  • Familiarity with AI and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI agents to improve workflow efficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of brand marketing initiatives, including analyst relations, industry awards, PR campaigns, and thought leadership programs.
  • Partner with external agencies, media contacts, analysts, and internal stakeholders to coordinate communications activities and strengthen relationships.
  • Manage award submission timelines, content development, and collaboration across teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support the creation of press releases, case studies, and storytelling materials that showcase business impact and innovation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and budgets for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans while tracking progress, managing risks, and resolving execution challenges.
  • Coordinate collaboration between design, content, digital, and product marketing teams.
  • Maintain communication calendars and ensure alignment with regional and functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance, measure impact, and provide recommendations to improve future initiatives.
