Requirements
- Proven experience building and growing a business, including successful exits or transition into new opportunities.
- Experience with structured business growth systems such as Rockefeller Habits, DiSC, or TopGrading.
- Strong understanding of key business fundamentals across people, strategy, execution, and cash flow.
- Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to inspire and engage leadership teams.
- Ability to quickly identify business challenges and provide direct, constructive feedback.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
- Lifelong learner committed to professional development.
- Ability to maintain autonomy while working within a proven coaching system.
- Financial stability to invest in building a long-term coaching practice.
- Comfortable with regular travel across North America for in-person member engagement.
Responsibilities
- Become a Certified Petra Coach through a collaborative onboarding and training process.
- Guide organizations to drive sustainable growth using structured systems.
- Partner with leadership teams to assess business needs and align strategy with priorities.
- Provide ongoing strategy meetings to ensure accountability and progress.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective members and leverage personal networks to identify coaching opportunities.
- Facilitate in-person planning sessions and workshops for leadership teams.
- Contribute thought leadership through social posts, podcasts, webinars, and speaking engagements.
