Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience designing and developing full-stack web applications and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini) and building AI-powered agents.
- Experience integrating third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and version control (Git).
- Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in both French and English.
- Residency in Quebec is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal applications, dashboards, reporting solutions, process automations, and administrative tools.
- Build scalable solutions that improve internal workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders, recommend practical solutions, and deliver iterative improvements.
- Build and maintain integrations across HubSpot, NetSuite, DealHub, Avalara, and Drupal-based systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents and automations to accelerate development and improve business processes.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into working software solutions.
