Requirements
- Experience in personal exit or sale, business consulting/coaching, or exit strategy/M&A (preferred).
- Computer proficiency, including conducting Zoom presentation meetings.
- Experience in a customer-facing role or a demonstrated love for customer interaction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong phone capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for business.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and Zoom (or ability to learn).
- Ability to work in a commission-based, 1099 contract structure.
Responsibilities
- Meet with potential Exit Factor members.
- Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system.
- Provide additional resources from the online curriculum to enhance sessions.
- Participate in initial training and certification.
- Engage in continuing education.
