Requirements
- Be located in the Portland, OR area.
- Demonstrate computer proficiency, including the ability to conduct Zoom presentation meetings.
- Bring strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly strong phone skills.
- Have experience in a customer-facing role or a strong interest in customer interaction.
- Bring enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
- Demonstrate time-management and organizational skills.
- Know, or be able to learn, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, Zoom, and Slack.
- Related personal exit or sale experience, business consulting or coaching, and exit strategy or M&A experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet with potential Exit Factor members.
- Conduct one-to-one consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system.
- Provide additional resources from the online curriculum to enhance sessions.
- Participate in initial training and certification.
- Take part in continuing education.
