Requirements
- Preferred: experience with a personal business exit or sale.
- Preferred: previous business consulting or coaching experience.
- Preferred: experience related to exit strategy or M&A.
- Have a solid network of business contacts in the area.
- Have computer proficiency, including the ability to conduct Zoom or Teams presentation meetings.
- Have some customer-facing experience or a passion for customer interaction.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, particularly phone skills.
- Have time management and organizational skills.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Know Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and Zoom or Teams, or be able to learn these systems.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and network with potential Exit Factor clients and referral partners.
- Conduct one-on-one consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system.
- Provide additional resources from the online curriculum to enhance client sessions.
- Participate in initial training and certification.
- Complete continuing education.
