- Previous business consulting, coaching, exit strategy, or M&A experience preferred.
- Solid network of business contacts in the local area.
- Computer proficiency, specifically conducting Zoom and Teams presentation meetings.
- Experience or strong interest in customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone skills for prospecting and client interaction.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and competitive drive.
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and network with potential clients and referral partners.
- Conduct 1:1 consulting sessions following the Exit Factor system.
- Provide additional resources through the online curriculum.
- Participate in initial training and certification programs.
- Engage in continuing education to maintain professional standards.
