Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in product marketing.
- Direct experience in fintech, crypto, or a high-growth consumer tech environment.
- Proven success leading complex product launches and lifecycle growth initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability with the ability to distill complex concepts.
- Analytical and outcome-driven approach to marketing and product strategy.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication, influence, and project leadership skills.
- Deep curiosity about web3, DeFi, and onchain user behaviour.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform strategy.
- Nice to have: Experience in leading GTM for perps trading and prediction markets products.
- Nice to have: Experience in leading GTM to Asia audience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategy for features within Trading across global markets.
- Partner with Product leads to shape roadmap priorities based on market insight, user behaviour, and growth potential.
- Influence long-term product strategy and monetisation through competitive analysis, segmentation, and market research.
- Lead product and feature launches, crafting narratives that resonate with crypto traders and holders.
- Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase awareness, activation, and retention across Trading funnels.
- Partner with Growth and Analytics to identify friction points and translate insights into programmes that move key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that connect product value to cultural relevance.
- Strengthen MetaMask's reputation as a trusted, user-first brand in the Trading community.
