Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology (combination of education and experience considered).
- Certification such as VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, Prince 2, ITIL, or PMP.
- Hands-on experience with Veeam’s core products.
- Proven consulting and project management experience.
- Significant experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with storage architectures (EMC, NetApp, IBM, HP/3PAR, Hitachi, Dell).
- Hands-on experience with networking protocols (Fibre Channel, Ethernet, Cloud).
- Experience with Enterprise applications (Exchange, SQL, Oracle).
- Working knowledge of Cloud technologies and capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel overnight and quarterly to customer sites.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide input to the writing of proposals and Statements of Work.
- Support delivery implementation and consulting services to meet Veeam Software solution design and deliverables.
- Provide overall project guidance including project plans, schedules, and communication plans.
- Assist with assessment, design, and implementation effort estimation of solutions.
- Create white papers, solutions guides, best practices, and custom documentation.
- Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam Software solutions.
- Analyze installed environments and guide optimal Veeam Software configurations.
- Facilitate communication between clients and Veeam support.
