Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent technical degree with 15 years' experience (20 years without a degree).
- Proven experience with large nuclear design and construction projects ($500M+).
- Extensive experience managing long-term project schedules (7+ years).
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project software.
- Intermediate skills with InEight Estimator or similar cost estimating software.
- Intermediate experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to develop cost estimates from engineering drawings, sketches, and equipment lists.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the development and maintenance of summary, detailed, and programmatic project and program schedules.
- Support the Business Manager with integrating project earned value data, cost estimates, and schedules into a combined data source.
- Develop various types of cost estimates including conceptual, order of magnitude, parametric, and bottoms-up.
- Implement and maintain an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for project financial tracking.
- Lead monthly reporting activities and provide support for proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate and consolidate project schedules and data from multiple sources into an integrated project schedule.
- Assist in the development of Basis of Estimates and WBS Dictionaries.
- Lead and direct the work of others on the project controls team.
