Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, financial planning, or project management support.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, forecasting tools, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project forecasting, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of project scheduling principles and risk management methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership potential in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage project controls activities including project setup, financial tracking, invoicing support, accruals, forecasting, projections, and closeout.
- Collaborate with finance, contracts, billing, subcontracts, and operations teams to align on financial plans and project goals.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor Estimates at Completion (EAC), Estimates to Complete (ETC), and financial forecasts.
- Maintain risk registers and assess cost and schedule impacts to support contingency and mitigation planning.
- Analyze project performance through variance reporting, revenue, profitability, backlog, and cash flow assessments.
- Prepare metrics, dashboards, and management reports for project stakeholders and leadership.
- Evaluate the financial impact of project changes and schedule adjustments to support decision-making.
