Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in management, business administration, public administration or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant and progressive professional experience managing client services projects.
- 6+ years of progressive supervisory experience.
- Expertise in budget oversight and management.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Experience implementing quality assurance systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in web-based systems, databases, and tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and modify program work and processes via a detailed plan.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact and primary interface with the Client.
- Develop and execute clear communication and quality control plans.
- Oversee the award and administration of discretionary grants to ensure compliance with fiscal and program requirements.
- Review programmatic status reports and assist specialists in resolving non-compliances.
- Manage a team of 5, including providing performance feedback, coaching, and training.
- Prepare timely and accurate Monthly Status Reports and Task Summary Reports.
